The clamping device of the pole drill rig is mainly used for loading and unloading drill pipes during operation. During use, it is subject to complex forces and has a high usage frequency. The clamping device of the anchor drill rig is a vulnerable part, so we should pay attention to the maintenance and care of the vulnerable parts of the anchor drill rig during the usage process.

1. The clamping block of the anchor drill rig is used to directly hold the drill pipe and wears out relatively quickly. It is necessary to frequently check the debris between the teeth of the clamping block, once per shift. Regularly check the wear degree of the clamping block and replace it in a timely manner.

2. If the bolts that fix the clamping blocks at the end of the cylinder piston rod become loose, it may cause bolt damage. It is required to check once a week. If the bolts that fix the oil cylinder become loose, it will cause uneven force on the connection flange of the oil cylinder, which is very likely to cause damage to the oil cylinder. It is necessary to check it every half a month. The end face of the piston rod in the oil cylinder is subjected to uneven force and is prone to wear. It is necessary to check the wear condition of the piston rod end once a month.

When the anchor drill rig's clamping block clamps the drill pipe, the centerline of the drill pipe is the clamping centerline of the clamping equipment. It is required that the centerline of the clamping be in line with the centerline of the power head's rotating shaft. Otherwise, when the power head is connected to the drill pipe, it will be difficult to align, which will affect the operation efficiency of the drilling rig and may even harm the clamping equipment. When the centerline of the clamping and the centerline of the power head's rotating shaft are in violation, making it difficult to install the drill pipe, timely adjustment is required.

After each shift of operation, the anchor drill rig should clean up the silt and other debris on the clamping equipment. Check once a week whether all bolts are loose and whether the pipelines and cylinders are leaking oil, and carry out timely repairs.
