Classification Of Hydraulic Anchor Drilling Rigs

Hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rigs are drilling tools used in coal mine roadway anchor bolt support work. They can be classified by power source into electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic types. Domestic research and development of anchor bolt drilling rigs began in the early 1980s, and the technology is now relatively mature, evolving towards automation and intelligence. Some models of hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rigs have gained recognition in international exhibitions.

Based on the rig's structure, they can be classified into outrigger type, rail type, and handheld type; based on their function, they can be classified into roof anchor bolt drilling rigs and side anchor bolt drilling rigs. Based on the power source, they can be classified into electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rigs. Hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rigs have relatively strong propulsion. Currently, the most commonly used anchor bolt drilling rigs in coal mines are the high-speed single-unit pneumatic anchor bolt drilling rig and the rotary hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rig.
