The drill arm structure has been optimized, featuring a larger extension stroke and more flexible posture, resulting in smooth operation and precise positioning. The drilling system integrates anti-jamming and anti-dry-firing functions, effectively improving drilling efficiency and reducing drill bit wear.
The vehicle control system is based on CAN-BUS communication technology, providing a foundational platform for subsequent automation and intelligent upgrades. Remote control functionality is optional. At the control algorithm level, academia has proposed sliding mode swing angle control technology based on an improved extended state observer to enhance control accuracy and disturbance rejection. Regarding fault diagnosis, companies have developed dedicated fault analysis methods and systems.
Oil contamination and overheating in the hydraulic system are the main causes of high failure rates in hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rigs. Applying a cooling purifier that can simultaneously reduce oil temperature and control contamination can significantly improve the reliability and service life of hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rigs.
The anchoring device adopts a three-station integrated design, which can realize the rapid switching between pipe joint anchor and resin anchor construction. Combined with a large-capacity rod storage bin and a wire mesh hanging robotic arm, it can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers.
