Hydraulic anchor drilling rig product design

Taking the MYT series as an example, the hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rig (such as the MYT-125/330 model) mainly consists of a propulsion mechanism, a rotation mechanism, an operating mechanism, a water supply system, and a handle. Its model naming follows a specific rule: M represents anchor bolt drilling rig, Y represents hydraulic, T represents outrigger, 125 represents rated torque (in N.m), and 330 represents rated speed (in r/min).
The propulsion mechanism consists of three stages of steel cylinders (stages 1, 2, and 3), an outer cylinder, and a connecting head; the rotation mechanism consists of a gear motor, a reduction gearbox, an overrunning bearing, an output shaft, a drill pipe joint, a water supply sleeve, and a small economizer; the operating mechanism consists of a valve body, a connecting arm, a handle assembly, and a push rod. Its basic working principle is as follows: the starting motor drives the oil pump to generate hydraulic oil, which is then transported to the main unit via a high-pressure return oil pipe. The rotary motor on the main unit coordinates with the propulsion mechanism to drive the drill pipe and drill bit to drill into the rock, while simultaneously supplying water to remove rock cuttings.
