Composition And Structure Of Hydraulic Anchor Drilling Rig

Mar 12, 2026

A hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rig mainly consists of the following parts: drill rod, drill bit, hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump station, transmission system, and control system. Among these, the drill rod is the main component transmitting torque and axial force, the drill bit is the key component for drilling operations, and the hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump station are the core components providing the power source.

The working principle of a hydraulic anchor bolt drilling rig is primarily based on the principle of hydraulic transmission. The hydraulic pump station provides high-pressure hydraulic oil, driving the hydraulic motor to rotate, which in turn drives the drill rod and drill bit to rotate, thus achieving the drilling operation. Simultaneously, the control system regulates the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil to achieve precise control of parameters such as the drill rod feed speed and rotation speed, ensuring smooth drilling operations.
