Number one:  Safety inspection before drilling

1. Check that all the operation switches of the main unit are in the middle position (zero position).

2 Check whether the connections of the hydraulic oil pipes and water pipes are correct.

3 Check the position of the designated borehole to ensure the stability of the roof and the coal side. If it is not safe, to prevent roof leakage or rib fragmentation, temporary support should be adopted for the roof and the coal side.

4 Check if there are any obstacles on the base plate at the designated drilling position.

Number two: Safety measures during drilling

1. When the drilling rig is rotating, do not touch the rotating drill pipe with your hands or wearing gloves, and single-handed operation is not allowed.

2 When making holes, the outriggers should not be extended too quickly; otherwise, the drill pipe may deform or break or the drill bit may be damaged.

3 When the drilling rig is suddenly loaded, the control arm will swing in a certain direction. The operator should maintain the correct position to prevent sprains.

4 When the roof is too high and this drilling rig is used, the user unit should formulate special safety measures.

Third, during the operation of the drilling rig, the operator should maintain and service it at any time.

1. Do not disassemble the valve block of the drilling rig at will to avoid leakage and contamination of the hydraulic oil. Under normal circumstances, it is strictly prohibited to repair valves, hydraulic motors and other hydraulic components in underground working faces.

2 Pay attention to whether the connection of the drill bit is firm. If it is loose, it should be adjusted immediately. Pay attention to whether the connection of the stop valve is misaligned to avoid damaging the oil port.

3 Pay attention to the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. If it is contaminated, replace or filter the hydraulic oil immediately
