Classification and Characteristics of Domestic Anchoring Drilling Rigs

Currently, most anchoring drilling rigs in my country are designed for rock anchoring work. Based on their technical performance, they can be broadly classified into two types:

1. Fully Hydraulic Anchoring Drilling Rigs
These rigs utilize hydraulic power for rotation, propulsion, and auxiliary actions. The hydraulic station is driven by an electric motor or internal combustion engine. These rigs offer a wide adjustment range, are suitable for larger hole diameters and depths, have good drilling and anti-jamming capabilities, and are flexible and convenient to operate. This type is currently used by most domestic manufacturers.

2. Electric-Hydraulic Anchoring Drilling Rigs
These rigs use an electric motor for rotation, and hydraulic power for propulsion and auxiliary actions.

Characteristics of Foreign Anchoring Drilling Rigs
Currently, most foreign anchoring drilling rigs used by domestic construction teams are fully hydraulically operated and powered by internal combustion engines. They are equipped with hydraulic rock drills, have a single power source, a wide processing range, and are suitable for both soil and rock anchoring, but are particularly advantageous for soil anchoring.
