Product Functions
Composite Drilling Function:
The Horizontal spiral drilling machine adopts a dual-power design of high-frequency impact + rotary cutting. For mudstone and hard rock formations, it rapidly breaks up the rock mass through impact stress; for dense sand and gravel formations, it disperses the gravel through rotary cutting, adapting to various complex geological types.
Continuous Spiral Slag Removal Function:
The built-in high-torque spiral slag conveying system continuously transports the broken rock and sand from the drilling face to the surface during drilling, eliminating the need for mid-drilling slag removal and avoiding the risks of stuck drill and borehole collapse.
Intelligent Guiding and Correction Function:
Equipped with a real-time drilling monitoring system, it can provide real-time feedback on drilling direction, depth, and inclination parameters. If the deviation exceeds a threshold, it automatically triggers a correction command, controlling construction accuracy within ±2cm.
Formation Adaptive Adjustment Function:
It can automatically adjust the impact frequency, rotation speed, and propulsion pressure according to the formation hardness. In soft formations, it reduces impact power to decrease energy consumption; in hard formations, it outputs full load to improve rock breaking efficiency.
Overload Safety Protection Function:
It automatically triggers a shutdown alarm in case of stuck drill or overload conditions to prevent damage to core components and ensure the equipment's service life.
