Road crossing horizontal drilling rig is suitable for pipe diameters ranging from 323 to 711mm, with a laying length of up to 100 meters, the precision reading error can be controlled within approximately 2 centimeters. The construction process is free from impact and vibration, requires no slurry, causes no pollution, and does not interfere with the stratum.

Standardized Construction Process
Preliminary Preparations: Excavation of work pits (main pit + auxiliary pit), underground utility detection, and equipment positioning and calibration.
Pilot Hole Drilling: Utilizing a directional control system, a high-precision pilot hole is drilled along the designed trajectory to reach the receiving end.
Reaming Operations: Spiral reamers of varying specifications are successively employed to gradually enlarge the borehole to the designed pipe diameter (1–2 cm larger than the pipe's outer diameter).
Pipe Pullback: Using spiral drill rods, the finished pipeline is smoothly pulled back into the borehole, while simultaneous soil removal is performed.
Concluding Phase: Equipment dismantling, pipe end treatment, and site cleanup and restoration.
