The use of anchor drilling RIGS in industrial production is becoming increasingly widespread in fields such as coal mines. However, some problems still occur during the use of anchor drilling RIGS. If timely maintenance is carried out, many problems can be avoided, ensuring safe production and improving utilization efficiency. Here, we will introduce some precautions for the use and maintenance of anchor drilling RIGS.

(1) All types of anchor drilling RIGS should be inspected before use in accordance with the requirements of the operation manual, and operations such as lubrication, adjustment and tightening should be carried out in a timely manner to ensure that the drilling rig has good performance conditions.

(2) For the maintenance of the lubrication system of power machinery (such as diesel engines), in addition to using lubricating oil in accordance with the standards of mechanical regulations, it is also necessary to adhere to the maintenance cycle and standards of the lubrication system, clean the lubrication system regularly, and replace the filter components at regular intervals to reduce the wear of machine parts. Especially in areas with more obvious weather changes, we need to maintain it more carefully.

(3) Many times, the temperature changes greatly, such as in spring. In such cases, we need to do well:

First, it is necessary to do a good job in anti-freezing work. When the temperature drops below zero degrees at night, it is necessary to prevent the body from cracking due to freezing.

Second, when starting the machine at low temperatures, it should be preheated first.

Thirdly, attention should be paid to the normal operating temperature of the engine.

(4) When we use the anchor drilling rig, we must strictly abide by the operating procedures to ensure safe production.

At present, the engines of most anchor drilling RIGS are diesel engines or gasoline engines. Therefore, the purification of diesel (gasoline) is very important. To purify diesel, it is necessary to first let the diesel stand and settle. When refueling, add a filter screen to the funnel and a layer of silk cloth. When taking oil from the oil drum, wrap the filter with a layer of silk cloth or typewriter wax paper. It should be cleaned or replaced regularly.
