The BHD-325D Electric Anchor Drilling Rig is powered by a high-altitude electric motor, delivering strong performance, stable operation, and easy maintenance. A Cummins diesel engine serves as auxiliary power, allowing the rig to travel on its crawler tracks and adjust its working position even without an external power supply, ensuring convenient site access.
The rig features a patented self-developed impact rotary power head that provides reliable performance, high drilling efficiency, and compatibility with various drilling methods. Its hydraulic floating crawler system offers excellent mobility and adaptability to different ground conditions, while the dual-speed travel drive enhances maneuverability.
The feed and lifting system adopts a hydraulic cylinder and chain speed-multiplication mechanism for fast operation, with differential cylinder mode available to further increase lifting speed. A multi-directional positioning system enables drilling at multiple angles, making the rig suitable for diverse job site conditions.
The hydraulic system uses manual pilot controls, providing flexible operation, reliable performance, and simplified maintenance.
